The wind direction is predominantly from West to East, East to West, West South-West to East North-East and East North-East to West South-West.

All four facades of the building are made of glass.Terrace floor is at the height of 45m of all the building blocks in Prestige Park. The following plan and orientation taken is of block 2.

The presence of water bodies toward the South-West and South East of the site ensures cooling effect.

LOCATION -  PRESTIGE TECH CLOUD PARK, NAVARATHNA AGRAHARA, BENGALURU, KARNATAKA INDIA


The presence of utility zones on the extreme ends further shields the interior from harsh sunlight. No washrooms and elevators. Not accessible for differently abled.

According to Building regulations, the terrace plan cannot be a permanent enclosed space. Proposed structure should be temporary and semi open in nature.

The height restriction between floor and porposed roofing structure is 3 meters due to Bangalore airport in macro context.
